This does not apply to the information collected after becoming a client of Seventeen Nine Accounting as this information is not collected through our website.   • Information you provide to us directly includes:

    • Sending us a message through the Contact Us form:

    • Contacting us for consultation through the Enquiry form:

      name, email address, contact number, business name, about your business, current accounting system, business size, how can we help, contact preferences

  • Information automatically collected includes:

    • Website usage details and information collected through cookies

    • Location details, however, this is an approximate location and not the real location of the user. It is on a city-based level, so is not PII.

Only those with access to the website admin dashboard have access to your personal information. This includes people working for Seventeen Nine Accounting.

  • Onboarding and contact forms are stored within the website database.

We may share your information with third-party service providers for the purpose of facilitating Seventeen Nine Accounting services to you. How long we keep your User Content

Following not becoming a client of Seventeen Nine Accounting after sending an enquiry, or receipt of any contract from entries, Seventeen Nine Accounting may retain your personal information for one year, and for as long as we have a valid purpose to do so.
